By breaking down disconnected teams and making information instantly accessible, Workchats helps employees at every level to work smarter and stay connected.
Creating the Workchats logo was an in-depth, iterative process shaped entirely by our brand strategy’s core principles, clarity, connection, modularity, and a human signal. Over weeks of exploration, we refined dozens of concepts, testing how signal waves, intersecting lines, and rearrangeable shapes. Every adjustment in shape, spacing, and color was intentional, ensuring the final mark felt futuristic yet warmly confident, precise yet social-first.
The result is a logo that not only looks modern but also embodies the brand’s mission to humanize and unify workplace communication. its flowing forms and connected elements visually portraying the fluidity of conversation and collaboration across the workplace.
In shaping the Workchats brand identity, typography played a critical role in expressing our core values of clarity, connection, and human warmth. We selected Gilroy as our primary typeface after exploring and testing over a dozen contenders in both product UI and brand communications.
Gilroy’s geometric structure delivers the precision and professionalism our platform demands, while its smooth curves add a friendly, social-first character that aligns with our mission to humanize workplace communication.
Our vibrant blue was chosen for its ability to convey trust, clarity, and forward momentum, qualities at the core of the Workchats identity. It brings a modern, digital energy while maintaining the professionalism needed in workplace communication. Clear, energetic, and built on trust. This shade stands out across both light and dark environments, ensuring visibility and accessibility in every context.
