functions and talent acquisition responsibilities.

Recruitment Functions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across
departments
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top

• Manage job postings across multiple platforms (company website, job
boards, social media)
• Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and
