Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Customer service orientation with both internal and external
stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience with technical recruitment (IT, engineering, etc.)
• Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics reporting
• Experience with social media recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives
• Background in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Knowledge of payroll processing systems
• Experience with HR compliance requirements
• Certification in HR or recruitment disciplines
• Experience with remote/virtual hiring processes
