Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and document product requirements for SaaS
offerings
• Conduct comprehensive market research, user interviews, and

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or
similar role
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product development environments
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile,
Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and
management
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and KPIs
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira,
Confluence, Asana, etc.)
• Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team collaboration
