Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and document product requirements for SaaS
offerings
• Conduct comprehensive market research, user interviews, and
competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with product
management
• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, including
project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and
stakeholder meetings
• Perform gap analysis between current capabilities and desired state of SaaS products
• Create and manage project documentation including status reports,
risk registers, and change requests
• Track project progress against milestones and KPIs, identifying and
resolving bottlenecks
• Manage the prioritization of features and enhancements based on business value and technical constraints
• Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements
• Analyse and document SaaS pricing models, subscription tiers, and
monetization strategies
• Collaborate with customer success teams to gather feedback for
continuous product improvement
• Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights
to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or
similar role
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product development environments
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile,
Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and
management
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and KPIs
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira,
Confluence, Asana, etc.)
• Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team collaboration
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster
(CSM) certification
• Experience with business process modelling and tools (BPMN, Visio)
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools
• Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure,

Recruitment Functions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across
