• Manage job postings across multiple platforms (company website, job
boards, social media)
• Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate
suitability
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and
position requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Organize and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up
communications
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new
employees
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring
activities
HR Administration Functions
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Process documentation related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and
terminations
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Support the performance management process including reviews and feedback
• Handle basic employee relations issues and escalate complex matters
when necessary
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention
• Help coordinate company events, team-building activities, and
recognition programs
• Assist with payroll processing and time tracking as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Customer service orientation with both internal and external
stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience with technical recruitment (IT, engineering, etc.)
• Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics reporting
• Experience with social media recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives
• Background in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
